On August 14, 2010 the membership of the TCWN will meet in Nashville at the Shelby Bottoms Nature Center to vote on our bylaws changes and new candidates seeking board membership.   A member must be in good standing as of July 16, 2010.
 
This year Mayor Karl Dean of Nashville will speak to the Board of Directors, membership and guests of TCWN at 9:15 am.  A light breakfast will be provided by TCWN.

The bylaws changes were suggested by the TCWN Staff Attorney and are found below.
 
The candidates seeking board membership:
 
Dr. Henry Spratt, Albert Iannacone and Gary Bullwinkel are seeking a first terms on the board.
 
Katie Larue and Sandra Upchurch are seeking second terms on the Board.
